Ingredients
1. Ulli/Shallots/small-onions- 10
2. Chopped Green Chillies-2-3
3. Vegetable Oil- 1/4 tsp
4. Salt,to taste
Preparation Method:
1. In a bowl, Crush together the shallots and green chillies with a pinch of salt to make the crushing easier. Crushing can be done in a bowl with a heavy spatula or the other sid of the knife if the usual crushing stone is not available at your place.
2. Adjust salt and add the oil o top before serving. Best served with kappa puzhingiyath,Cooked Yuca Root.
