Chicken 65


Ingredients
1. Chicken boneless, skinless thighs- 10 pieces
2. Corn Flour- 2 tsps
3. All Purpose Flour- 2tsps
4. Egg, beaten-1
5. Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1 1/2 tsp
6. Chilli powder-1 1/2 tsp
7. Yogurt- 3 tbsp
8. Garam masla powder- 1/2 tsp
9. Lime juice- 2 tsp
10. Salt to taste
11. Vegetable Oil for frying

Preparation Method
1. Mix ingredients from 1 to 8.
2. Marinate for an hour.
3. Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till they turn golden with some curry leaves.
4. Sprinkle some lime juice on top, mix and garnish with onion rings. Serve hot as a starter.
