Mulak Chammanthi

1. Shredded Coconut- 1 cup
2. Red chillies-2, Slit into three
3. Shallots/Kunjulli-5-6
4. Tamarind paste- 1/2 tsp
5. Coconut Oil- 2 tsp
6. Mustard and jeera, to splutter
7. Curry leaves- 3-4, chopped
8. Salt, to taste

Preparation Method:
1. In a mixer, grind together all the ingredients from: 1 to 4 with some salt.
2. In a pan, add oil and splutter mustard, jeera and curry leaves.
3. Reduce the flame and Pour the mixture into this and mix well.
4. Switch off the flame. Serve with Dosa, idli etc:
